These terms govern the use of InvoiceLint, the site, paid access, activation and support materials. By using the program or buying a plan, the user accepts these terms where applicable.

1. Product purpose

InvoiceLint is intended for professional validation of electronic invoices and XML documents before further sending or internal processing. The program helps identify technical, format and some business errors within connected rules.

2. Limits of result

• InvoiceLint is not accounting, tax, legal or audit advice;
• the validation result does not guarantee acceptance by a specific operator, counterparty or government service;
• the user is responsible for correctness of source data, amounts, taxes, details and lawful use of documents;
• the program report is a technical validation and correction tool, not a final legal conclusion.

3. Plans and access

InvoiceLint may be provided in Free, Pro Local, Team Local and Integrator plans. A paid plan gives the right to use stated features within the selected plan, paid term, number of users/installations and other plan limits.

4. License

Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the program. Purchase does not transfer source code, trademarks, design, rule database, infrastructure, resale rights or the right to present the product as your own.

5. Prohibited actions

• bypass activation, plan limits, license checking or technical protection;
• transfer the license key to third parties outside the permitted plan scope;
• copy, modify, decompile or distribute paid parts of the program unless allowed by law or a separate written agreement;
• use the program to violate law, third-party rights, trade secrets or exchange operator rules;
• remove notices about rights, licenses and third-party components.

6. Updates and changes

Features, validation rules, interface, plans and payment methods may change. Updates may fix errors, change validation rules and improve compatibility. Some changes may require reactivation or program update.

7. Availability and support

The activation service, payment flow and site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network errors, provider limitations or third-party actions. Support is provided through [email protected] within a reasonable time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InvoiceLint is provided without warranty of error-free operation, continuous availability or suitability for any specific user task. The user is responsible for consequences of document use, invoice sending, tax decisions and commercial operations.

9. Payment status

Refund, cancellation, dispute, end of paid period, failed renewal or another negative payment status may limit access to paid features. If access should remain until the end of the paid period, the program relies on confirmed payment flow and license status.
